Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns
- Due to hygiene concerns, returns on TanHero products are not available.
How to Request an Exchange
- You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, unused, tamper-evident seals still in tact, and in the case of vials, their plastic lids must not have been removed.
- We will request photos of the product and the alleged issue in order to evaluate the claim.
- You'll also need to provide your proof of purchase email.
- To apply for an exchange, please contact us at support@tanhero.com. If your claim is accepted, we’ll notify you via email and send you the replacement product.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damaged product or Receipt of Incorrect Product
- Please inspect the products in your order and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
